We combine hands-on chiropractic care with advanced massage therapy and movement-based rehabilitation to target the root cause of discomfort. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to enhance performance, we design personalized treatment plans that support your full-body wellness.
Our sports chiropractic care is designed for active individuals and athletes seeking to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and recover faster. Using advanced diagnostic tools and precise adjustments, we help restore proper biomechanics, reduce inflammation, and promote peak physical function.
Focal Shockwave Therapy delivers targeted acoustic energy to stimulate healing in chronic or hard-to-treat conditions. This non-invasive treatment boosts blood flow, breaks up scar tissue, and accelerates cellular repair in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
We provide evidence-based chiropractic adjustments to improve spinal alignment, mobility, and overall nervous system health. Our approach is personalized to address each patient’s specific structural imbalances and pain points.
Our therapeutic massage sessions focus on restoring muscle balance, improving circulation, and alleviating stress or chronic tension. Whether it’s for injury recovery or wellness maintenance, our massage services are an integral part of your healing journey.
ART is a movement-based massage technique used to treat problems with muscles, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. This hands-on therapy effectively targets adhesions and scar tissue, helping restore range of motion and reduce pain.
Support and protect muscles and joints with Rock Tape and Kinesio Taping applications. This method helps reduce pain, enhance movement, and promote lymphatic drainage during recovery or athletic performance.
We assess how you move, then we train you to move better. Our functional movement screenings help detect imbalances and weaknesses, guiding customized training protocols to prevent injuries and improve mobility.
HMT (Hans-on Muscle Technique) Acupressure combines Eastern healing philosophies with modern biomechanical understanding. It relieves tension, enhances energy flow, and promotes muscular release through strategic pressure point stimulation.
Using specialized stainless steel instruments, our Graston Technique breaks down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. This method accelerates recovery from soft tissue injuries and improves overall mobility and function.
Our bodies are like buckets and everyday we are pouring stress into it. From the physical, emotional, and environmental stresses we have a tendency to hold that tension in. A great way to relieve that anxiety is to get weekly or monthly massages before the stress turns into a constant pain.

Generally, patients have three similar goals: 1) To understand what is causing their pain, 2) to receive skilled treatment to help alleviate the pain, and 3) to learn what they can do to keep the pain from coming back. Dr. Justin McLeod DC, Dr. Jorge Rosado, and Dr. Kelly Schweitzer DC share the same goals: We strive to provide the best treatments, so that you can enjoy a happy and active life pain-free.
During the first initial treatments, we will do an evaluation of muscular imbalances. We start by looking at posture, observing muscles for characteristic signs of tightness (hypertonicity) or overstretched and inhibited (hypotonicity), helping us determine the cause of pain. We then perform a function movement screen (FMS or SFMA) further assessing proper motion. If restrictions are found then we will discover if the cause is from muscular tension, fascial tightness, joint restrictions, and/or improper neurologic movement pattern. Based off the tests we will know the appropriate adjustments, muscle work, and exercises to address the problems.
